- On-site home available to rent – The Cottage, a spacious and beautiful home conveniently located right next to The Barn and sleeps 15 people. Sitting on 1.2 acres, The Cottage offers perfect indoor and outdoor spaces to be all together as you celebrate your wedding weekend.
- Your guests will love our in town location, making it easy for them to get to and from many nice hotels or campgrounds that are only minutes from the Barn
- Our optional Shuttle Bus service will get your guest safely to and from their hotels
- Love Locks. As a gift from us, we will give you an engraved lock with your initials & wedding date on it. You place it on the corn crib as a permanent reminder of your beautiful wedding day and your forever love. This makes for a touching photo as you place it together on the corn crib.

- Our amazing patio is open to The Barn and has air conditioning and heat. The patio is surrounded by glass allowing you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery, while being comfortable in our climate controlled Barn.
- Just outside to patio is an additional cemented area. Many add high tables to this area for social hour.
- Stunning Bridal suite located inside the Barn. Vaulted tin ceiling, many beautiful mirrors, gorgeous lighting, multiple plug ins, an 18-foot-long vanity countertop with 6 wall mirrors and luxurious stools, tall make up chair, 7 wall hooks for dresses, faux fireplace with candelabra, vintage settee, chairs, ottoman, push button door lock as well as air conditioning, in floor heating and located right next to an indoor restroom
- Groom’s suite located inside the Barn. Vaulted tin ceiling, wall mirrors and hooks, unique wood and pipe clothes hanger, barn wood table with 6 wooden/metal stools, wooden tick-tac toe game, cards, large wall mounted TV with cable television, leather couch and chair, coffee table, rustic metal cart, wine cork side tables, barn wood door window coverings, push button door lock as well as air conditioning, in floor heating and located right next to an indoor restroom
