We feel it is important that you find the right venue that fits your vision and specific needs for your special day. The Barn of Chapeau Shores is a Beautiful and Affordable Authentic Barn that is open year round for Weddings & Events. We are located South of Minneapolis and just West of Rochester, Minnesota and we would love to be your venue.
Our Barn is stunning with a 42-foot high vaulted ceiling, original beams, shiplap, and lighting. Because of its beauty, your decorating can be elaborate or minimal and either way your wedding would be absolutely gorgeous.
There is no food or beverage minimum.
We allow our couples to choose the caterer of their choice. This allows you to hire a caterer that serves foods that you like to eat and the freedom to decide what price point fits into your wedding budget. We allow couples to bring in either store bought or homemade items and any non-alcoholic drinks, if you choose to. We understand wedding costs can add up quickly and feel it is only right to allow our couples the ability to bring in these items.
We offer a great option to rent wedding décor and specialty items for a reasonable fee. We have wedding decorations, table décor, arbors, vintage doors, chalk boards, easels, ladders, signs, flameless candles and holders, rustic and elegant specialty tables, whiskey barrels, spools, serving pieces, charger plates, silk florals, pipe and drape, fabric panels, floral walls and so much more. Many couple love this, as it is a less expensive and a less stressful option than buying everything at full price. We also pick up these rental items at the end of the evening so you don’t have to. In our rental décor list, you will also find many items that are free for you to use.
We know you will like our longer rental period that allows you more time to be at our venue for decorating, getting ready, photos, the ceremony and for celebrating at your reception and dance.
